Hello Everyone,
It is IWSG Time!
IWSG is a writers' support group created and led by Alex Cavanaugh.
Purpose: To share and encourage. Writers can express doubts and concerns without fear of appearing foolish or weak. Those who have been through the fire can offer assistance and guidance. It's a safe haven for insecure writers of all kinds!
This group is an immense help to many of us who do not mind sharing our insecurities, our successes, or giving encouragement and support to others.
So, if you are interested and would like to join, the link below will lead you directly to us.

The awesome co-hosts for the April 6 posting of the IWSG are Joylene Nowell Butler, Jemima Pett, Patricia Josephine, Louise - Fundy Blue, and Kim Lajevardi!

NO, NOT YET
I enjoy listening to audio books in the evenings, especially when my eyes are tired. So, yes, I desire to see my books made into audio books.
Have a lovely month of April.
Shalom aleichem,
Pat Garcia
Good luck with the submissions!
ReplyDeleteRonel visiting for IWSG day The Difference Between Reading Books and Collecting Books
Audiobooks have become so popular. We're flying back to the US and plan to listen to audiobooks during the fight.

Well done for getting some submissions out. I've let writing take a back seat for a while.
ReplyDeleteDon't overdo things, and keep well.

I used to listen to audio books to help me go to sleep too. That's great you're submitting. Good luck with it.
ReplyDeleteI especially enjoy audiobooks on long trips. In Canada we live an hour from the city and often I'll put in a book only to be disappointed when we get to town right at the exciting part. Happy IWSG day, Pat. Best to you.
ReplyDeleteHappy IWSG Day! Thanks for stopping by my blog.
ReplyDeleteWishing you all the best with your submissions.
I've listened to over 50 books while I walk. I didn't like audio books at first, but then changed my mind. I could get exercise and hear a story!
ReplyDeleteGood luck with your submissions.
ReplyDeleteI hope that you have the pleasure of listening to your books as audiobooks, Pat! That would be exciting! Have a happy and fulfilling April!
ReplyDeleteTwo stories in the anthology - that's great!
ReplyDeleteI've started listening to more audio books too. I'm not in the car much, but in the evenings when I'm too tired to read, they're perfect.
ReplyDeleteI'm so impressed with your many submissions! Wishing you all the best with them.
I've never done an audio book either, but also enjoy them.
ReplyDeleteCongrats on your flash fiction pieces! I haven't had any audiobooks made yet, either, but hope to eventually. Good luck with your submission!
ReplyDeleteI would have loved to turn my books into audiobooks, but so far, I'm afraid, it's not possible. Maybe later. Congrats to you on your flash fiction and good luck with the submissions, girlfriend! Sending lots of love!
